As a new addition, they have come up with Chowmein and Kabiraji variations, the notable being the Prawn Kabiraji.
It is often said that Dilkhusha Cabin was the first place in Kolkata to literally serve the Kabiraji Cutlet. Whilst some of you may be skeptical about it, the menu places the dish on a heavenly seat with varieties such as Fish Kabiraji, Chicken Kabiraji, Prawn Kabiraji and Mutton Kabiraji Cutlet, all served with sliced onions, tomato and kasundi.
